Mastering the Crown
The crown has multiple positions, each with a different function. Here is how to use them all.
Crown Positions
| Position | Function | How to Use |
|---|---|---|
| Pushed in | Normal running | Do nothing |
| First click | Set date | Turn clockwise |
| Second click | Set time | Turn either direction |
For GMT Watches (NH34)
- First click set date
- Second click set local time
- Third click set GMT hand independently
Tips
- Always push the crown back in after setting
- Screw down the crown on dive watches
- Do not set the date between 9pm and 3am
